The last full week of January saw 2,528 residential listings go under contract in MRED’s marketplace. That’s the largest total in 16 weeks, accompanying a 7% week-over-week increase. The jump wasn’t enough to catch 2022’s total during the same span, however, as that mark was a 22% year-over-year decrease.
