Celebrating Chicago Real Estate Leadership

The Gala serves as the official installation ceremony for the 2027 Chicago REALTORS® leadership team. This year, the organization welcomes incoming President Vicky Silvano, President-Elect Erik Schwab, and Treasurer Gaspar Flores Jr. Beyond leadership, the evening honors the 2026 REALTOR® Award winners, Leadership Accelerator graduates, and the incoming Board of Directors. It’s a celebration of the people and achievements that shape Chicago’s real estate market and industry culture.
My Pledge as Host Committee
As a Chicago REALTOR® and proud member of this community, I’m serving on the Host Committee for the 143rd Inaugural Gala. My team and I have already reserved a full table for ten, and I’m excited to spend the evening surrounded by colleagues who are as passionate about Chicago real estate as I am.
Watch my message to the Chicago real estate community:
Real estate professionals spend so much of the year working, competing, building businesses, and serving clients. Events like this give us an opportunity to come together outside of transactions, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the people moving our industry forward. It’s in those moments of genuine connection that the best professional relationships are built.
