Turns out we’ve been right all along, as team lead, Crystal Ly Tran Jerbich recently earned a spot on the highly coveted Crain’s Chicago Business’s Notable Residential Real Estate Brokers in 2021 – a celebration of star realtors at the top of Chicago’s dynamic and competitive real estate market.

How did Crystal Tran, a first-generation American who grew up watching her mom invest in multifamily housing build one of the most prolific real estate teams in Chicago, in a year plagued by the after-effects of COVID-19?
Putting the client first!
“Let me tell you our secret, we perfected the art of putting the client’s interests above everything else,” Crystal says.
“I say this is an art because although many real estate agents understand this secret, they fail to implement it properly in their interactions with prospects and clients. Sometimes, they try to sacrifice some of the client’s interests for their own good but this can’t get you far, not in Chicago or anywhere else.”
“We go above and beyond to deliver the most possible value we can get for our clients in our markets. While we’re every bit committed and dedicated to our client’s goals, we also emphasize the values of honesty, transparency, and realism in our dealings.” These ingredients combined have been the major drivers of success for the Crystal Tran team.
Expertise and experience

Team lead, Crystal Tran, started her real estate career handling short sales in Beverly Hills from where she joined the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. Crystal has experience in coaching which perhaps explains how she easily connects with and is able to help her clients. She’s also adept at real estate marketing and technology both of which account for how the team does a great job of reaching an incredibly wide audience.
Along with Crystal on the team are Nitasha Kassam and Salma Torres.
Torres is one of Chicago’s best Spanish-speaking realtors helping lots of bilingual families navigate the real estate market here. Nitasha also speaks Hindi and Urdu fluently and advocates for equal rights. Both Salma and Nitasha grew up in The Windy City like Crystal, and have been recently joined by Armando Zires, Chris Saucedo, Kimberly Trefilek, and Isabelle Wilkes, four (4) rising stars who have proven themselves in this highly dynamic and competitive market.
